All sales are final. Once a course or any other material from this website has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or discounts will be provided under any circumstances. This applies to books, both online and in-person courses and it is valid for the deposit paid also. 

We guarantee that the information provided in our courses is accurate, tested, and designed to enhance your skills. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as individual success depends on personal effort, practice, and application of the techniques taught. We do not take responsibility if the course that you have chosen is higher or lower level than your actual level. If you are not sure what to choose, please ask for consultation by email before purchasing. 

Course purchases are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another course, product, or service. Also, you can not transfer your place at the course to a third person, whit out the written consent of your trainer.
